Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Shogun Restaurant does not sell your personal information for money. We do share some of it for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats the same way and gives you the right to stop. You can do that here. It takes effect immediately, you do not need an account, and nothing about your visit changes otherwise.

Your current status

You are not opted out. Your personal information may be shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We did not receive a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, and no opt-out is recorded for it.

What this covers

  • What is shared: identifiers and internet activity — a cookie or device identifier, the pages you view on this site, and general location inferred from your IP address.
  • Who it is shared with: Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • What it is used for: measuring how the site is used, and showing you Shogun advertising on other websites and apps.
  • What opting out does: stops the advertising use. We keep basic first-party analytics so we can tell which pages work, and that data is not used to target advertising to you.

This preference is stored in a cookie in this browser. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, or use private browsing, you will need to opt out again. To have the choice applied automatically everywhere, use a browser or extension that sends the Global Privacy Control (opens in a new window) signal — we honor it.

Your other California privacy rights

  • The right to know what personal information we have collected about you
  • The right to delete it
  • The right to correct it
  • The right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

Unlike the opt-out above, these need us to know who you are, so they go through Submit a Privacy Request or a call to (909) 596-9393. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and how we verify a request.
